The Deputy Superintendence for Legal metrology and Technical Regulations is in charge to supervise and control the compliance of technical regulations related to legal metrology provisions, quality and quantity control of liquid fuels derived from oil distributing stations throughout the Colombian territory. It is responsible for: technical regulations, legal metrology AND price control.

Beatriz Helena Sánchez Gómez
A lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, she holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, as well as comprehensive training in corporate law related to foreign exchange and tax law, financial matters, compliance, and disruptive methodologies such as Legal Service Design.
She has over 19 years of experience providing legal advice, primarily to multinational and multi-Latin companies in the real estate sector, in the agro-industrial, pharmaceutical, real estate, financial, and services sectors.
She has held senior positions in legal and administrative fields, leading various results-oriented work teams and serving as a member of several boards of directors, which gives her a solid understanding of business operations.
