Por medio de la resolución 26594 del 3 de mayo de 2021, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) negó a la Fundación Puerto Barranquilla el registro de la marca mixta TARULLA, signo solicitado para la clase 35 de la Clasificación Internacional de Niza, que comprende servicios de comercialización de productos.
Bogotá D.C., 11 de mayo de 2021. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, en su rol de autoridad nacional de protección de datos, confirmó la multa por $702.242.400 a la Central de Información Financiera - CIFIN -, la cual incluyó información que no era de carácter financiero o crediticio en el historial de 288.753 colombianos.
A pesar de que la empresa recurrió la decisión, la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio reiteró que:

The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), in its role as National Authority for Consumer Protection, has filed and investigation against the company TICKET FAST SAS, for allegedly having collected consumers money from tickets whose purchase did not materialize in their system, as well as for generating double charges in purchases made by consumers due to rejection messages and finally for preventing the entry of consumers to an event whose tickets were acquired in TICKET FAST SAS different platforms.
The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), in its role as national authority for personal data protection, sanctioned the company MARKETING PERSONAL S.A. with a fine of $39,000 USD for: failing to timely respond to a citizen's request; not previously inform the citizen that she would be reported as defaulter to a financial information center; not having proof of the existence of the reported obligation; and not having evidence of the citizen's authorization to report it.
