La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, como órgano administrativo del registro nacional de la Propiedad Industrial, ha decidido conceder la patente de invención a las siguientes creaciones, para resaltar la inversión y esfuerzos de realizados por sus titulares para lograr una solución técnica que le aporte beneficios a la humanidad.

En 2021 la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, implementó la estrategia “Experiencias Creativas con la SIC”, con el fin de brindar herramientas y fortalecer la cadena de valor dentro de las industrias culturales y creativas del país. 

The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), as National Authority for Consumer Protection, issued the External Circular 04 of 2022, addressed to natural or legal persons involved into the organization or promotion of artistic public performances, regarding the applicable regulations to the claims presented by consumers, in cases of cancellation or modification of these events.  

The Circular regulates the following:  

The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), as National Authority for Consumer Protection, imposed a fine of USD $186.000 against MATTEL COLOMBIA, after having concluded that this company violated the right of consumers by not informing them about the risk associated with the product “ROCK 'N PLAY SLEEPER”, having found irregularities during the security campaign promoted due the death of 30 children in United States. 

Más de cuatrocientos barranquilleros, en lo que va del 2022, han recibido orientación gratuita en materia de consumo en la Casa del Consumidor de Bienes y Servicios ubicada en la capital del Atlántico. Los ciudadanos, en su mayoría, se aproximan a esta Casa, localizada en la calle 38 # 45 - 53 Piso 2, para solicitar guía frente a fallas con la prestación de servicios, perjuicios por información y publicidad engañosa o irregularidades con la garantía de productos.
