La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio informa a la ciudadanía que, a partir del 1 de octubre de 2025, prestará sus servicios en una nueva sede ubicada en el Edificio 7-24 (Calle 24 #7-43, local 108, en Bogotá), donde funcionará el Punto de Atención al Ciudadano y todas las dependencias de la Entidad.

Se actualizó la base de funcionarios activos con fecha del 31 de agosto de 2025, teniendo en cuenta los cambios al interior de la Entidad.
Bogotá D.C., 19 de septiembre. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC), como autoridad nacional de protección de datos personales, expidió la Circular Externa No. 01 de 2025, con el fin de instruir sobre el tratamiento de datos personales en la oferta de productos y la prestación de servicios de financiación, depósitos de bajo monto y otros afines que faciliten la inclusión financiera, mediante el uso de tecnologías digitales.

From August 25 to 29, 2025, the Superintendence of Competition of El Salvador (SC) and the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombia (SIC), through the Delegation for the Protection of Competition, advanced within the framework of the 2024–2026 Bilateral Cooperation Program, established during the XIII Joint Commission on Technical, Scientific, Cultural, and Educational Cooperation (COMIXTA) held in December 2024.

On August 14, 2025, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce of Colombia and the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People’s Republic of China signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen cooperation in the regulation, supervision, and promotion of the quality and safety of products entering both markets, within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
