La sociedad WADANA FINANCE COLOMBIA S. A. S. recibió una multa de $628.720.000 por cobrar tasas de interés que superaban los límites legales.

La SIC pudo establecer que la empresa no informó de manera veraz a los consumidores de los préstamos la tasa de interés efectiva anual aplicable y la tasa de interés máxima legal vigente al momento de celebración de los créditos, así como tampoco enumeró y describió las garantías aplicables.
