The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) fined the company “COMUNICACIÓN CELULAR - COMCEL” with $30.830 USD, for not previously informing a citizen that it would be reported as defaulter to a financial information center; not having proof of the existence of the reported obligation; and not having evidence of the citizen's authorization to report it.

In June, at the OECD’s Ministerial Council Meeting, the Recommendation on Children in the Digital Environment was formally adopted.

1.    Las peticiones, quejas y reclamos administrativos que tengan los usuarios en contra de aerolíneas y/o por la venta de tiquetes aéreos deben ser presentados ante la Superintendencia de Transporte, en atención a lo dispuesto por la Ley 1955 del 25 de mayo de 2019 (Plan Nacional de Desarrollo).

La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, en su rol de Autoridad Nacional de Protección al Consumidor y seguridad de producto, firmó un acuerdo con MERCADOLIBRE COLOMBIA LTDA., para compartir información sobre productos inseguros e impedir que aquellos bienes y servicios que puedan poner en riesgo la salud, vida e integridad de las personas se comercialicen en dicho portal.
