El pasado 20 y 21 de septiembre, el municipio de Coper, ubicado al occidente del departamento de Boyacá, recibió por primera vez la visita de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, con el programa Ruta del Consumidor, el cual, ofreció orientación gratuita a 55 ciudadanos durante las dos jornadas de atención.
La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio lanzó su nueva herramienta de consulta de integraciones empresariales. Este nuevo buscador permitirá conocer el análisis de las integraciones empresariales por parte de la Superindustria, para poder entender la relevancia de la libre competencia en los mercados.
Los criterios para realizar la búsqueda incluyen: el número de radicación del caso, fechas de entrada y salida, empresas intervinientes , entre otros, lo que permitirá tener información con mayor exactitud.
After an application filed by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, in its role as National Authority for Industrial Property, the National Service of Intellectual Rights of Ecuador (SENADI) granted the protection of the following Colombian Trademarks: “COLOMBIA CO”, “COLOMBIA EL PÁIS MÁS ACOGEDOR DEL MUNDO”, “LA RESPUESTA ES COLOMBIA” y “COLOMBIA ES PASIÓN”.
The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, in its role as National Authority for Consumer Protection, initiated an administrative investigation against eight businesses in the city of Cali, due to an alleged illegal sale of balloons inflated with other gases other than helium, the only gas authorized by law for this purpose.
The SIC initiated the investigation due to the requirements of Article 6 of the Consumer Protection Law, which obliges producers and suppliers to guarantee the safety of the products that they make available to consumers.
Las Mypes que se inscriban al curso y que asistan al 100% de las clases de cada ciclo, recibirán un certificado de asistencia que les otorgará el 25% de descuento en las solicitudes de protección vía Propiedad Industrial.
