The Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), as National Authority for Consumer Protection, imposed a fine of $284,200,000 COP (approximately $72,820.51 USD) against WIN SPORTS S.A.S. and ordered them to inform consumers about their terms and conditions, the circumstances that may lead to service interruptions or latency issues, as well as to include a risk management procedure to identify and assess potential failures and implement mechanisms to prevent them.

The event, organized by the Strategic Alliances Working Group of the OAS Consumer Safety and Health Network (CSHN), currently chaired by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), brought together distinguished experts and international leaders in consumer protection and product safety.
